Starting my Mac from scratch this time was SUCH A GOOD IDEA!!! It’s feeling so good. Amazing how much stuff you gather that is not needed. Things only get added as they are actually needed.

I had a dream last night about creating new blog posts (yep) and it was next level future!!! It went something like this:
I thought of new blog post idea as I was walking back to my office after lunchโฆ
Hey Siri, create a new blog post titled โblahโ.
Hey Siri, add to the body of my last draft, โblah blah blahโ.
Update post content, and add some photos.
Proofread, make final edits, and publish post to micro.blog.
POST = โ
This all took place using MarsEdit 4 on my MacBook, iPad, iPhone, and Watch using a combination of native apps and Siri Shortcuts (no pressure @danielpunkass). Iโm sure there are holes in this approach to getting content captured, but it was a dream after all (for now!). ๐
I started using Castro about a month ago and it has changed my Podcast Listening life! Very happy about this. ๐
Podcast Friday: Limetown ๐๏ธ
โTen years ago, over three hundred men, women and children disappeared from a small town in Tennessee, never to be heard from again.โ
Just when you thought Cookie couldnโt get any cuter, she goes and puts on a tiny knit hat made by @alcedine! ๐
Finally watching the WWDC18 SOTU.
Updated the micro.meetup page to archive past events! (I’ll update the wwdc event guest list if I can get a list of them all. There were a lot of people!) ๐
So done with rotating hard drives. Never using anything that isn’t an SSD again. Period.
Time to play some SwiftShot! ๐๐
I keep finding more signs/hints in iOS 12 point to iPhone X like iPad Pro is coming! MUCH EXCITE!
There was a micro.blog meetup at WWDC this year, and it was great! So many awesome folks and great conversations! Always nice to put a face to an โ@โ! Thanks again to @manton & @macgenie. ๐ Looking forward to the next one!
After MANY years of migrating from Mac to Mac to Mac… I am building up a Mac from scratch starting today! It feels like I am going to be missing so much stuff, but I bet a fresh start will be great!

Game Name: Yonder:The Cloud Catcher Chronicles
Game Platform: Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Steam (Windows)
Game Site: Yonder: The Cloud Catcher Chronicles
Game Price: $29.99
Developer: Prideful Sloth
Yonder: The Cloud Catcher Chronicles is a relaxing open-world adventure game set across a beautiful, vibrant island for you to explore.
Yonder is set on the massive island of Gemea, a lush frontier with eight distinct environments ranging from sunny tropical beaches to frigid snow-capped summits. Each location has its own flora and fauna, along with changing seasons and day-night cycles.ย Gemea, once a paradise, still maintains the appearance of one, yet an evil murk has enshrouded the land and its people in despair.
By contributing to the island through talents such as farming, crafting, cooking, fishing and brewing, relationships can be built with the locals, who offer everything from resources to a new farm as rewards. At the heart of Yonder, is a game that delivers a sense of discovery, wrapped in a familiar yet unique adventure.
I stumbled on this game when looking through the Nintendo eShop to see what was new about a month ago. I hadnโt seen anything about the game before seeing the info in the eShop. I thought the art style was beautiful and looked like a fun story that was easier going than most of the games I had been playing lately. A game that looked this good for only $30 made it an instabuy! This game ended up being a kind of meditation routine for me. Every time I played, I was immersed and instantly relaxed. This game doesnโt have any violence, killing, or dying of any kind! As far as gameplay goes, it took me about 6 hours to complete the main storyline (concerning total completion, I am at 47%). Watch some Clips of the game, and if it looks interesting to you, I would say go for it!
Definitely uninstall Little Snitch first if you plan on installing the macOS 10.14 Dev Beta 1.
It’s always super interesting to see how much worse macOS betas break apps vs iOS betas.
Looking forward to seeing / meeting everyone tomorrow at the micro.blog meetup!
I wonder if my โalternate appearanceโ can be @alcedine!? ๐ค
Itโs Me(mojo)! ๐
And… weโre live! 1๏ธโฃ2๏ธโฃ
